I guess 2012 is as good as year to be releasing old school shoes as ever, with the non-stop barrage of Retros from Jordan Brand and Nike Sportswear, other companies are also looking for a slice of the pie. Of course adidas has always been the front runner in the retro market with their shell toes, they also brought back some old school bball kicks but they can't compete with what the swoosh is doing. Other companies like FILA brought back their Grant Hill shoes a few years back only to have it sit on the bargain bin. Reebok found a small niche for their retro offering in women's fitness and now they are set to bring back Allen Iverson's first signature shoe, The Question. So the time for many different basketball retro sneakers is now and that's why the EWING is finally making a comeback.
