Nike Zoom Kobe VI - "Los Angeles"

Detailed look of the graphic on the Zoom Kobe VI "LA" - it seems like this particular model of the Kobe VI is to commemorate the beautiful blue skies that dominates the Los Angeles area most of the time. If Kobe was to play in Chicago, those would be pictures of clouds & snow, bwahahaha......

Nike Zoom Kobe VI - "Concords" - January 15 2010 release.

Now that the Zoom Kobe VI has officially release, more and more colorways are starting to pop up. This particular color is slated to be the next one releasing to the general public on January 15, 2010. It is a generally simple colorway, but when you pay close attention to it, it shows the pearly white finish on the tongue area and heel. VERY SMOOTH!

Nike Hyperdunk 2010 x Kay Yow WBCA Cancer Fund - AVAILABLE NOW on Nike.com

Each year for the past several years Nike Basketball has teamed up with the Kay Yow WBCA Cancer Fund to help raise funds for the foundation that carries on the legendary coach from North Carolina State. Yow’s battle with cancer seemed to be the only thing that could keep her from passing on her knowledge of the game. Over her career she coached her teams to a record of 737-344 and was voted into the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame in 2000. Kay Yow may have lost her battle with cancer early last year but her courage in taking on the disease has and continues to inspire those people whose lives have been affected by cancer in some way.

These are available in both mens & womens sizes.
Mens sizes goes from 6 to 15, womens from 5 to 13.

NAUGHTY Santa Little Helper - Collet (Collette) - MERRY XXX-MAS...!!!

Was expecting a big fat GAIJIN dude in a red suite and big ass belly. But his little helper showed up instead and she is kinda clumsy, tripped over her own sack of gift and showcased her personal goodies.

Nike Concept “Footstickers” - The FUTURE of barefoot running...???

Nike introduced the Nike Free technology back in 2003 with the introduction of the Nike Free 3.0, 5.0 and 7.0. All three were made to mimic the contour of the foot for barefoot running. The benefits of barefoot running is of course to strengthen to muscle on your foot and gives you that minimal feel when running. Now as we enter 2011 in a week, Nike is once again breaking the norm with a new concept that might see the light of day or not, the Nike Footstickers.

The Nike Footstickers were created by Dutch designer Frieke Severs  as a concept product intended for Nike. The idea is pretty self-evident: an outsole that adheres directly to your bare foot, with thickness and grip variable depending on the intended activity.

Again, these are just a concept as off now. Stay tuned to what could've been the FUTURE of barefoot running.

Official release date of the Air Jordan Retro XI Cool Grey - Dec 23 2010.

Many stores open up their door at the strike of midnight on December 23rd 2010 for the much anticipated and overly hyped release of the Air Jordan Retro XI 'Cool Grey'. The server for Nike.com experienced heavy traffic around 11pm CST that many were left unable to place their order and when it did work, many of the sizes were gone.

I personally was never a big fan of the Cool Grey XI, to me it's just a RE-RELEASE of a RETRO, was never an original color. Mike never rocked them with the Chicago Bulls during the championship years. Though he did wore them a few times as a Wizard, but for the TRUE & PURE Jordan heads, the one coming out NEXT YEAR is the one worth waiting for.

BRING THE FAMILY they say....Cool Grey XI MIDNIGHT release at Niketown Chicago

T'was 3 days before Christmas, when all through the land
Not a creature was sleeping, not even a mouse.
The dates are set days before with care,
In hopes that no mayhem would be there.
The real-heads were nestled all snugs in their beds,
While visions of Cool-Greys danced in their heads.
And many stands outside wearing their winter cap,
awaiting for them Jordans at the cost of missing their nap.

BABY ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS.......

T-Minus 4 days before blasting off with Christmas day NBA matchups. More than ever, Nike is pushing the envelopes once again with special make-ups of their signature basketball shoes. The Air Max Lebron 8 is definitely a classic Christmas theme shoe, but all three were inspired by the traffic lights. The LeBron for the red, the KD for the yellow and Kobe for the green. Pretty dope inspirations.

My...oh...my, how the ONCE mighty have fallen!!! Fans of the Air Jordan basketball sneakers caught a look at what's supposed to be the Air Jordan 2011. For the past 3 years, the Air Jordan no longer carries it signature numerical number, those are now reserved for the Retros. Since 2009, the Air Jordan just follows the year its meant for. Osneaker.com posted these pics on their site. Supposedly the new Air Jordan 2011 is also designed by the great designer Tinker Hatfield, the great mind that brought us Air Jordan 3 to 15, 20, 23, 2010 & now 2011. As always, the design is ground breaking. Whereas many is going into high-tech super futuristic look, the Jordan signature shoe is going into the simplistic and environmentally friendly once again. However, it has gotten to a point where it starting to loose its magic touch. I remembered growing up and being awed by how inspiring the designs of the Air Jordan was. Heck even the 15 was cool looking cause it looked like an ELF shoe, LOL! But the past few including next year's rendition of the Air Jordan signature has left me a bit disappointed.
LOVE or HATE once again....

Air Jordan Retro 13 - White/Varsity Red-Black - RELEASING Dec 18 2010

I am currently salivating as I type this. One of my favorite Jordan of all time is finally coming back and it is staying true to its original colors, shape & materials. The Air Jordan XIII White/Varsity Red-Black to this day is my favorite Jordan in terms of performance. I had my best games in these, they look fresh on and off the court and that hologram on the back must have done something to the balance of my energy 'cause everytime I laced these bad boys up, I actually felt like Mike. These are truly the original Power Balance.

Nike Zoom Kobe VI (6) Dark Grey/Glass Blue-Vibrant Yellow-Chrom

Yesterday we posted a picture of a new NON-Laker colorway of the Zoom Kobe VI, the colors resembles those of the Throw It Down Shannon Brown Zoom Kobe V. This rendition of the ZK VI in Dark Grey/Glass Blue-Vibrant Yellow-Chrom is something that I personally looks forward to, the colors are refreshing, unique and very wild. Currently there are no new info regarding them, there are more and clearer pictures available via marqueesole.com.

Zoom Kobe VI - Shannon Brown ??

A limited amount of the "Throw It Down Shannon Brown" Zoom Kobe V made its way into the hands of selected few earlier this year and became one of the most sought after ZK V. We don't know for sure what these are for but the color blocking resembles those of the Shannon Brown's. We hope that this time around it will get a wider release and not just the friends & family treatment.
