The reigning NBA dunk champ, Blake Griffin will enter his 2nd season as a healthy NBA player for the lowly Los Angeles Clippers. (He sat out his rookie year due to injury) Since, this kid is well known for his dunks so it just made sense for him to endorse Nike's team basketball shoe, the Nike Hyperdunk. His 'dunk contest" edition released earlier this summer to a great reception from Clippers fan and sneakerheads. Heck even this random dude I met said he loved the shoe without knowing they were PE's of the Blake Show. So not only it is a great basketball shoe, they look pretty stylish rocked with jeans as well.
Soon to release is another PE of Blake's Nike Hyperdunk 2011, inspired by Blake's aspirations of becoming a radio talk show personality. But since the NBA is set to start on Christmas day, we are glad we don't have to bother with Blake the talk show host personality for at least until he retires, which is probably after the next lockout.
